目的:讨论温馨产房人性化陪伴分娩的临床护理效果。方法:将2013年5月-2014年5月在绍兴市中心医院产科待产的120例孕妇按其意愿分为干预组和对照组。干预组采用温馨产妇人性化陪伴分娩的护理干预模式,对照组采用常规助产护理模式。比较第一、二产程时间和产后出血量,产妇疼痛评分和新生儿阿普加评分,产妇的剖宫产率及对护理工作的满意率。结果:干预组产妇平均第一、二产程短于对照组,产后2h内的出血量少于后者;产妇疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,新生儿的Apgar评分优于后者;剖宫产率及护理满意率的比较上干预组也优于对照组。结论:由家属陪伴分娩过程的温馨产房护理模式,能增强对产妇的情感支持,增强信心,缓解疼痛,使生产过程更加顺利,对产妇和新生儿均有积极的影响。
Objectives: To discuss the clinical nursing effect of warm delivery room for humanized delivery. Methods: From May 2013 to May 2014, 120 pregnant women with obstetrics to be delivered in Central Hospital of Shaoxing were divided into intervention group and control group according to their wishes. The intervention group adopted the mode of nursing intervention that accompanied the warm maternal humanized delivery and the control group adopted the conventional midwifery care model. The first and second stage of labor time and postpartum hemorrhage volume, maternal pain score and Apgar score of newborns, cesarean section rate of maternal and nursing satisfaction rate. Results: In the intervention group, the average first and second stage of labor was shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of bleeding within 2h postpartum was less than that of the latter. VAS score of maternal pain was lower than that of the control group, neonatal Apgar score was better than the control group. Cesarean section rate And nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group than the control group. Conclusion: The warm maternity nursing model accompanied by family members during childbirth can enhance emotional support for mothers, enhance confidence, relieve pain, make the production process more smoothly, and have a positive impact on both maternal and newborn.
