总编室作为出版社的重要职能部门,参与图书出版的全流程,发挥着管理、执行、协调、服务等重要职能,对保障与提高图书质量肩负着义不容辞的责任。文章从总编室的视角出发,从编辑主体意识的培养,出版质量的制度化管理、平台化管理、流程化管理等方面,分析总编室在整个出版流程中应承担的职能,探讨如何发挥总编室在图书质量管理中的作用。
