随着新课改目标的投入使用,我国各大初中院校纷纷对自身教育教学管理方法进行调整,以期能够在提升教学管理水平的同时提高在同等教育部门间的竞争力,进一步为提高学生全面能力及学习成绩提供有利条件。而在具体管理过程中,为了确保学生能够在身心健康的环境下接受教育,教师需要在具体教学中加入人文关怀,因此就如何使教学管理中充分体现人文关怀进行分析与研究。
