虽然回族与维族同样是信仰伊斯兰教的两个民族,它们在不同程度上受伊斯兰教的影响和制约,但是综观两个民族舞蹈的历史发展及现状,二者不论在舞蹈的表演形式上,还是在舞蹈的风格特点上都呈现出诸多不同,其最主要的原因有两点:第一,地域环境不同;第二,文化背景不同;本文将从以上两个民族舞蹈的发展历史与表演形式上分析由于历史文化背景和地域环境等方面的差异,形成了同一信仰的两个民族舞蹈文化发展的不同状况。
