目的:研究COL4A1基因多态性与包头地区女性骨密度关系。方法:采用病例-对照研究方法,收集来自包头医学院第一附属医院进行健康体检的596例女性流行病学资料,用双能X线吸收仪对研究对象进行骨扫描,应用PCR型-RFLP方法检测COL4A1基因型,采用Logistic回归法分析COL4A1多态性与骨密度间的关系。结果:调整主要混杂因素后,COL4A1基因TT基因型与绝经前、后女性骨量流失及骨质疏松有显著相关性(P=0.040,P=0.048)。结论:在包头地区人群中COL4A1基因TT基因型是女性骨量流失和骨质疏松的保护因素。
Objective: To study the relationship between COL4A1 gene polymorphism and female bone mineral density in Baotou area. Methods: A case-control study was conducted to collect 596 female epidemiological data from the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College. Bone scan was performed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. The PCR-RFLP method The COL4A1 genotype was detected and the relationship between COL4A1 polymorphism and bone mineral density was analyzed by Logistic regression. Results: After adjusting for the main confounders, the TT genotype of COL4A1 gene was significantly associated with osteopenia and osteoporosis in premenopausal and postmenopausal women (P = 0.040, P = 0.048). CONCLUSION: The TT genotype of COL4A1 in the population of Baotou is a protective factor for female bone loss and osteoporosis.
