采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、“AHP”层次分析法,通过构建影响排球后备人才培养因素评价指标模型及一致性检验,对影响排球后备人才培养因素进行了综合评判。其目的是对长期以来始终难于定论又函待量化的这一问题给予较为客观的评判与计量,明确哪些是影响排球后备人才培养的主要关键因素?哪些是辅助次要因素?其比重各占多少?研究结果显示:准则层对总目标影响最大的是后备人才培养体制问题,因子层对准则层重要性影响最大的是后备人才管理体制、培养模式及运动员自身条件等,根据方案层41项指标的权重值对上一因子层影响重要性最大的主要有后备人才的选拔与培养标准、培养目标的多样性和体教结合的培养模式。最终,根据计量结果给出了排球后备人才培养因素排序,并对其进行评价,提出相应的建议。
By means of literature review, expert interviews and “AHP” analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a comprehensive evaluation of the factors influencing the training of reserve volleyball talents is made by constructing the evaluation index model and the consistency test which affect the factors of training volleyball reserve talents.
