病例报告患者,26岁,继发闭经2年。初潮16岁,周期2～4天/30～36天,自19岁起月经稀发,2～6月一次。22岁结婚,不育,自24岁开始闭经。出生时母龄36岁。自幼身体发育无异常,但智力低下。二兄一姊均发育正常,并已生育,无类似家族史。
Case report patients, 26 years old, secondary amenorrhea for 2 years. Menarche 16 years old, cycle 2 ~ 4 days / 30 ~ 36 days, since the age of 19 menstrual thinning, 2 to 6 months. 22-year-old married, sterile, amenorrhea since the age of 24. The mother is 36 years old at birth. No abnormal body development since childhood, but mental retardation. Both brothers and sisters are normal development, and have been born, no similar family history.
