短篇科幻小说《地火》是典型的煤矿题材作品,作家以煤的地下气化开采为故事发展主线,运用现实主义创作手法表现自然灾害、技术进步和人类生存等宏大主题。作家善用比喻、对比修辞手法以及“密集叙事”“时间跳跃”叙事手法,使得作品虽以科技为内核却文学色彩不减。作品既热情赞颂科学理想,也冷静批判盲目非理性。
The short story science fiction novel “Fire of the Earth” is a typical coalmine theme. The writer uses the underground coal gasification and gas exploitation as the main theme of development of the story. Realistic techniques of creation are used to display grand themes such as natural disasters, technological progress and human existence. Writers make good use of metaphors, contrasting rhetorical devices and narrative techniques of “intensive narration” and “time hopping”, making the works of art take the science and technology as the core, but the literary style is not diminished. His works warmly praise the ideal of science and calmly criticize blindness and irrationality.
