江泽民民生思想包括“高度关注人民群众的安危冷暖”和“不断改善人民的生活”两大基本内容。江泽民民生思想具有突出强调改善民生的目的性、终极性地位、全景式地筹划民生大计、强调全体人民共享发展成果、把不断改善人民生活作为处理改革发展稳定关系的重要结合点等特点。从目的—手段意义上讲,江泽民民生思想是“三个代表”重要思想在理论层面的最重要体现。认真学习和践行江泽民民生思想,切实解决好人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题,有利于促靳社会主义和谐社会建设。
Jiang Zemin’s people’s livelihood philosophy includes two basic contents: “paying close attention to the safety and well-being of the masses of the people” and “continuously improving people’s living standards.” Jiang Zemin’s people’s livelihood philosophy has the purpose and ultimate status of highlighting the improvement of people’s livelihood. It plans panoramic planning of people’s livelihood, stresses that all the people share the fruits of development, and takes the continuous improvement of people’s lives as an important combination point for handling the reform, development, and stability. From the point of view of purpose and means, Jiang Zemin’s people’s livelihood thought is the most important embodiment of the important thought of “Three Represents” at the theoretical level. Conscientiously study and practice Jiang Zemin’s people’s livelihood thinking, and earnestly solve the people’s most concerned about, the most direct and most realistic interests, is conducive to promoting the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
