目的:探讨银翘解毒颗粒中与金银花共煎饮片对绿原酸转移率的影响,为其制备工艺筛选及质量控制标准制定提供试验数据。方法:选择银翘解毒颗粒中5种药材饮片与金银花共煎,分为金银花组,金银花+淡豆豉组,金银花+牛蒡子(炒)组,金银花+桔梗组,金银花+淡竹叶组,金银花+甘草组,金银花+淡豆豉+牛蒡子(炒)+桔梗+淡竹叶+甘草组,煎煮后采用HPLC测定绿原酸含量,并计算绿原酸转移率。结果:金银花分别与淡豆豉、牛蒡子(炒)、桔梗、淡竹叶、甘草及以上5种饮片共煎后绿原酸转移率均有所降低。结论:不同中药饮片与金银花共煎对绿原酸转移率有一定影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yinqiaojiedu Granules on the transfer rate of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle tablets, and to provide experimental data for the screening of its preparation process and quality control standards. Methods: Five herbs of Yinqiao Jiedu granule were decocted with honeysuckle, and were divided into three groups: honeysuckle group, honeysuckle + daphniphyllum group, honeysuckle + Arctium lappa group, honeysuckle + Campanulaceae group, honeysuckle + Licorice group, honeysuckle + light bean 牛 + Arctium (fried) + Campania + light bamboo leaves + licorice group, after boiling HPLC determination of chlorogenic acid content, and calculate the chlorogenic acid transfer rate. Results: The chlorogenic acid transfer rates of Honeysuckle after decocting with Spearmint, Arctium lappa, Campanulaceae, Phyllostachys pubescens, licorice and the above five kinds of decoctions were all decreased. Conclusion: The decoction of Chinese Herbal Medicine and honeysuckle decoction has a certain influence on the chlorogenic acid transfer rate.
