造纸法再造烟叶中无机阳离子含量的测定对控制其内在品质的稳定性具有重要作用,选用聚四氟乙烯材质容器,利用离子色谱,建立了造纸法再造烟叶中Na+、NH4+、K+、Mg2+和Ca2+5种阳离子同时测定的方法。结果表明,5种阳离子在检测条件下有很好的线性关系(r2≥0.9991),相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于3%,回收率在96.18%~106.01%;聚四氟乙烯材质容器可减少Na+含量的测定误差,且重复性较好。
Determination of inorganic cations in papermaking reconstituted tobacco plays an important role in controlling the stability of its intrinsic quality. Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material containers were used to establish Na +, NH4 +, K +, Mg2 + and Ca2 +5 kinds of cations simultaneous determination of the method. The results showed that the five kinds of cations had a good linear relationship (r2≥0.9991), the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 3% and the recoveries were 96.18% ~ 106.01%.
