党的十七大要求全党以改革创新精神推进党的建设新的伟大工程,加强基层党支部队伍建设是这项伟大工程的基础性工作之一,而加强党支部书记队伍建设、培养一批高素质的基层党支部书记,是基础工作的基础。当前,如何加强国有企业党支部书记队伍建设,是国企基层党建工作面临的新课题。上药集团党校是基层党支部书记教育培训、提高素质和能力的重要基地,在多年的党支部书记教育培训实践中,笔者对加强党支部书记队伍建设的若干方面有所思考。
The 17th CPC National Congress demanded that the entire party push forward the great new project of party building with the spirit of reform and innovation. Strengthening the building of the party ranks at the grassroots level is one of the basic tasks of this great project, and strengthening the party branch secretary team building and training a batch of High-quality grass-roots party branch secretary, is the foundation of basic work. At present, how to strengthen the ranks of the party secretary of the state-owned enterprises is a new task for the party building at the grassroots level in the state-owned enterprises. The Party School of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group is an important base for education, training and improvement of quality and ability of party secretary of grass-roots party branches. In many years of Party branch secretary education and training practice, the author has some thinking on some aspects of strengthening the party branch secretary-team building.
