循环流化床锅炉燃烧系统是一个多变量、大时延、强耦合、非线性、慢时变的复杂对象,建立该对象的精确数学模型和采用传统控制方法控制该对象都非常困难。首先采用前馈补偿器对系统进行动态解耦,然后采用常规PID控制器、常规模糊控制器及模糊自适应PID控制器3种控制方法对解耦后的燃烧系统进行MATLAB仿真对比研究,仿真结果表明模糊自适应PID控制器在控制的快速性、稳定性、适应性、鲁棒性、抗干扰能力上均优于常规PID控制和常规模糊控制器。
Circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system is a complex object with many variables, large time delay, strong coupling, nonlinearity and slow time-varying. It is very difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model of the object and to control the object by traditional control methods. Firstly, the feedforward compensator is used to decouple the system dynamically. Then, the control system of the decoupled combustion system is simulated by three kinds of control methods: conventional PID controller, conventional fuzzy controller and fuzzy adaptive PID controller. The simulation results It shows that the fuzzy adaptive PID controller is better than the conventional PID controller and the conventional fuzzy controller in the control of fast, stability, adaptability, robustness, anti-interference ability.
