电蚀标印后的零件易锈蚀,长期来未彻底解决。82年9月后,我们采用了SM-2脱水油,又称SM-2水膜置换油(南京长江炼油厂生产),取得了满意的效果,现把电蚀标印的锈蚀原因及SM-2脱水油应用情况介绍如下: 1、电蚀标印锈蚀原因: 电蚀标印是利用电化学腐蚀原理进行的,电介质为氯化钠,零件的金属表面接正极,夹有盐水棉球的金属镊子为负极。当负极与零件的金属表面接触时,直流电源通过电解溶液形成一个闭合回路,使溶液进行电解反应。
