近年来,高校体育教师的职业规划问题成为高校体育教师关注的热点,并引起社会各界的关注。虽然高校加大了对体育教师职业规划的重视程度,但是还是存在一定的问题。本文分析了高校体育教师职业规划的现状,并对相关的问题提出了相应的解决对策。 In recent years, the issue of career planning for college physical education teachers has become a hot topic for college PE teachers and has aroused the public’s attention. Although colleges and universities have increased their emphasis on the occupational planning of physical education teachers, but there are still some problems. This article analyzes the status quo of college PE teachers’ career planning and puts forward corresponding solutions to the related problems.
