探讨同级库存点间的安全库存4种配置模式:1库存点不存放安全库存,但允许横向转运;2库存点各自存储自己的安全库存,且不允许横向转运;3安全库存集中存储到一个点,并进行横向转运;4安全库存集中存储到多个中心点,并进行分组横向转运。以安全库存成本、缺货成本及转运成本构建总成本模型,并通过算例实验对模型进行比较。研究发现:当库存点数量增多时,集中存储与横向转运相结合模型的优势更加明显;当转运距离较大或单位转运成本较高时,多中心点集中存储模式优于单点集中存储模式;库存点间距离、变异系数、单位安全库存成本、单位转运成本和单位缺货成本等参数对策略选择影响较大。
Explore the same level inventory points between the four kinds of security inventory configuration mode: 1 inventory point does not store safety stock, but allows horizontal transport; 2 inventory points each store their own safety stock, and does not allow lateral transport; 3 safety stock centralized storage to a Point, and transhipment; 4 safety stock centralized storage to multiple centers, and the group transhipment. The total cost model is constructed based on the safety stock cost, out-of-stock cost and transshipment cost, and the model is compared through the example experiment. The research shows that when the number of inventory points increases, the advantages of the combination of centralized storage and transhipment are more obvious. When the transhipment distance is larger or the unit transhipment costs are higher, the multi-center centralized storage model is better than the single-point centralized storage model. Parameters such as the distance between inventory points, coefficient of variation, unit safety stock cost, unit transportation cost and unit out-of-stock cost have greater influence on strategy selection.
