目的研究五色梅(Lantana camara Linn.)的三萜类化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS反向硅胶等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,并根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定了11个三萜类化合物,分别为:马缨丹甲素(1)、马缨丹乙素(2)、齐墩果酮酸(3)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(4)、3β-乙酰基齐墩果酸(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、3-O-乙酰坡模醇酸(7)、3β,25-epoxy-3α,21α-dihydroxy-22β-angeloyloxyolean-12-ene-28-oic acid(8)、白桦脂酸(9)、2α,3α,19-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(10)、12-齐墩果烯-3β,24-二羟基-22-酮(11)。结论化合物4,5,7-11均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the triterpene chemical constituents of Lantana camara Linn. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS reversed-phase silica gel. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Eleven triterpenoids were isolated and identified as follows: Lantin A (1), Lanthanide B (2), oleanolic acid (3), lupine alcohol acetate , 3β-acetyl oleanolic acid (5), oleanolic acid (6), 3-O-acetylpolyglycoic acid (7), 3β, 25-epoxy-3α, 21α-dihydroxy-22β-angeloyloxyolean -12-ene-28-oic acid (8), betulinic acid (9), 2α, 3α, 19-trihydroxy-12-en- 28-ursuic acid (10), 12-oleanoporphyrin- , 24-dihydroxy-22-one (11). Conclusions Compounds 4, 5, 7-11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
