目的:观察保产无忧散对产前抑郁模型小鼠的抗抑郁作用及对产前抑郁模型小鼠的内分泌影响。方法:通过强迫游泳建立产前抑郁模型,小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组,保产无忧散高、中、低剂量组(30,15,7.5 g.kg-1)。连续ig给药8 d,观察各组小鼠不动时间以及雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)及催乳素(PRL)的变化情况。结果:保产无忧散高、中剂量组不动时间明显减少(P<0.05),PRL,孕激素P水平与模型组相比明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:保产无忧散可有效减少受孕小鼠不动时间,对产前抑郁症状有明显缓解作用
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antidepressant effect of Baochanwuxun Powder on antenatal depression model mice and the endocrine effects on prenatal depression model mice. Methods: The prenatal depression model was established by forced swimming. The mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, and high-, medium-, and low-dose group (30, 15, 7.5 g.kg-1). After continuous administration of ig for 8 d, the immobility time and the changes of estrogen (E2), progesterone (P) and prolactin (PRL) were observed in each group. RESULTS: The time of immobility in the high-confined production group and the middle-dose group significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the PRL and progesterone P levels significantly decreased compared with the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Baozao San can effectively reduce the immobility time of pregnant mice, and has obvious mitigation effect on prenatal depressive symptoms.
