北京东城区胡同边的灰砖房子被改造成一对年轻夫妻的居所。这座砖混结构建筑有不少年头了,地上二层地下一层。房子处于一条小胡同的最外边,里面还有5家住户,环境杂乱不堪。由于胡同邻里私密性的限制,原来的旧房子开窗很小,内部显得封闭、幽暗。业主在美术馆工作,他希望家里有更多展示艺术品的空间,结合旧建筑条件和未来内部使用的可能性,设计采用了一个“家庭展馆”的设计策略,在旧建筑条件下改善内部空间结构,重塑光亮、透明、整洁的内部空间气息,与老街区外观构成有趣
Beijing Dongcheng District alley side of the gray brick house was transformed into a young couple’s residence.
