对现有测试性建模方法在运载火箭电气系统测试性评估的应用上存在的不足进行分析。针对运载火箭电气系统不同的测试状态,提出基于多信号流模型的多模型综合测试性评估方法;并结合运载火箭电气系统的实际故障模式及测试特点,考虑多故障模式及多值测试,对多信号流模型进行改进,得到基于改进多信号流模型的多模型综合评估方法,并给出了具体的评估流程。以运载火箭时序控制系统为例进行了验证,结果表明,基于改进多信号流模型的多模型综合评估方法能够更为准确地对运载火箭电气系统故障空间及测试状态进行建模,对运载火箭电气系统的测试性评估有效。

Combining with the actual failure modes and testing characteristics of the rocket electric system, multi-failure mode and multi-value test are considered, Signal flow model is improved, a multi-model comprehensive evaluation method based on improved multi-signal flow model is obtained, and a specific evaluation flow is given. The results show that the multi-model comprehensive evaluation method based on improved multi-signal flow model can more accurately model the fault space and test status of the launch vehicle’s electrical system, and the rocket electric system The system’s test evaluation is valid.
