我校是九年一贯制学校。自1996年办学之初起,在加强英语教学的同时,积极开展围绕“双语教学”课题研究开展双语教学,关键在于师资。我们在英语和双语教师培养工作中,大胆选准具有培养潜质的青年教师,其中既有刚毕业于师范英语专业的6名大学生,也有本校非英语学科的12名青年教师,抓住学校培训这个关键环节,跳出常规培养模式,努力探索青年教师职初成长的途径和方法。
Our school is a nine-year school system. Since the beginning of running a school in 1996, while strengthening English teaching, the key to developing bilingual education around the topic of “bilingual teaching” is to teach teachers. In our training of English and bilingual teachers, we boldly selected young teachers who have the potential to cultivate talents. Among them, we have six college graduates who have graduated from normal major of English and twelve young teachers of non-English major in our school. The key link, out of the conventional training mode, and strive to explore ways and means of young teachers’ initial growth.
