[目的]分析气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中四氢呋喃的不确定度,找出测定过程中的关键环节,保证实验室数据的准确性和可靠性。[方法]通过不确定度分析,找出产生不确定度的主要来源。[结果]四氢呋喃测定的扩展不确定度为5.4 mg/m3(k=2)。[结论]气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中四氢呋喃的过程中,采样体积、标准溶液配制、工作曲线绘制、重复性测定是影响结果可靠性的重要环节。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the uncertainty of tetrahydrofuran in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography, identify the key links in the process of determination, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory data. [Method] Through the analysis of uncertainty, find the main source of uncertainty. [Result] The expanded uncertainty of tetrahydrofuran determination was 5.4 mg / m3 (k = 2). [Conclusion] The determination of tetrahydrofuran in the air by gas chromatography, the sampling volume, standard solution preparation, working curve drawing and repeatability determination are the important links affecting the reliability of results.
