本文采用液相沉积法 (LPD)制备了透明TiO2 薄膜 ,并研究了其紫外 -可见吸收性能和紫外光照射下薄膜亲水性能的变化。发现热处理前后的薄膜具有相似的紫外吸收性能 ,在紫外光照射下亲水性能都有提高。热处理后的薄膜在紫外光照射下可与水完全润湿。用X光电子能谱对薄膜表面的分析表明 ,热处理前后的薄膜亲水性能的差异是由于薄膜表面的Ti-O键合及TiO2 成分增多 ,在紫外光照射下 ,Ti4 +变为Ti3 + 并有利于水的吸附而形成的。
In this paper, a transparent TiO2 thin film was prepared by liquid deposition (LPD). The UV-Vis absorption and UV-Vis absorption of the films were studied. It is found that the films before and after heat treatment have similar ultraviolet absorption properties, and the hydrophilic properties are improved under ultraviolet light irradiation. The heat-treated film can be completely wetted with water under UV irradiation. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis of the surface of the film showed that the differences in the hydrophilic properties of the film before and after the heat treatment were due to the Ti-O bonding and the increase of the TiO2 content on the film surface. Ti4 + became Ti3 + Conducive to the adsorption of water formed.
