应用Franz扩散池和Valia-Chien扩散池,采取新鲜离体大鼠皮肤,分别研究了月桂氮酮(氮酮)等渗透促进剂对0.1%维甲醚软膏剂和溶液剂体外经皮渗透性的影响。结果表明,氮酮浓度在1%~5%范围内无明显透皮促进作用,10%油酸和5%薄荷醇也无透皮促进作用,剥离角质层后维甲醚的透过量仅增加2.6~4.7倍。结果表明,角质层不是维甲酸经皮渗透的主要屏障,角质层下表皮组织和真皮组织的屏障作用不可忽视,对于这种情况,氮酮等渗透促进剂的作用是有限的。

The results showed that the stratum corneum is not the main barrier of transdermal permeation of retinoic acid, and the barrier function of epidermal tissue and dermal tissue in the stratum corneum can not be neglected. In this case, the effects of azone and other permeation enhancers are limited.
