目的:探讨鸦胆子油乳对大鼠异位及在位的子宫内膜中半胱天冬酶-3(caspase-3)表达的影响,为鸦胆子油乳用于临床治疗子宫内膜异位症提供理论依据。方法:以雌性Wistar大鼠为研究对象,用自体移植法制作子宫内膜异位症模型,造膜成功后用鸦胆子油乳腹腔给药治疗,观察异位囊肿变化情况,并用免疫组化及蛋白印迹法检测子宫组织中caspase-3的表达情况。结果:各组标本caspase-3蛋白的表达均呈阳性,治疗组异位及在位子宫内膜组织中caspase-3表达均高于模型组。结论:鸦胆子油乳能抑制大鼠异位内膜的生长,其作用机制可能是通过上调caspase-3的表达,促进异位内膜细胞的凋亡实现的。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion on the expression of caspase-3 in ectopic and eutopic endometrium of rats, and to study the effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion on the treatment of endometriosis Symptoms provide a theoretical basis. Methods: The female Wistar rats were used as the research object. The model of endometriosis was made by autograft. After the successful operation, the model was made by intraperitoneal injection of Brucea Javanica oil emulsion. The changes of ectopic cyst were observed. Western blotting detection of uterine tissue caspase-3 expression. Results: The expression of caspase-3 protein in each group was positive. The expression of caspase-3 in the ectopic and eutopic endometrium of the treatment group was higher than that of the model group. CONCLUSION: Brucea javanica oil can inhibit the growth of ectopic endometrium in rats. The mechanism may be through up-regulating caspase-3 expression and promoting the apoptosis of ectopic endometrial cells.
