2,000米深潜考察艇的外壳结构被设计成可安装压力壳体蓄电池、电力转换器和配电盘、主压载舱浮力材料等的结构。另外外壳结构要承受如下两种载荷:一种是当使用安装在运输船上的A型吊架吊车将深潜器从海面回收到船上时所受的载荷,另一种是放在甲板上运输时所受的载荷。由于深潜器的重量大部分是在外壳结构上,因此,如果外壳结构得到简化,就一定会减轻重量。为了达到安全之必要条件,外壳结构是由挤压钛材的空心骨架结构和玻璃纤维增强塑料(FRP)壳板组成。本文主要论述了2,000米深潜考察艇的空心骨架结构设计参数与制造工艺。
The 2,000-meter deep submarine boat’s hull structure is designed to accommodate structures such as pressure hull batteries, power converters and switchboards, main ballast tank buoyancy materials, and the like. In addition the shell structure to withstand the following two kinds of load: one is when using a type A crane mounted on a transport crane to divert the submersible from the sea to the ship when the load suffered, and the other is placed on deck when transported The load suffered. Because most of the weight of the submersible is on the shell structure, the weight must be reduced if the shell structure is simplified. In order to achieve the necessary conditions of safety, the shell structure is composed of extruded hollow frame structure of titanium and glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) shell. This paper mainly discusses the design parameters and manufacturing process of the hollow skeleton structure of 2,000 m deep submarine surveyed boats.
