作为转变公司发展方式的核心,“三集五大”成为本次“两会”关于管理的焦点。启动较早的人力资源、财务、物资集约化管理体系和机制已基本形成。下一步,“三集”将分别确定向纵深推进的重点,力争在1~2年内,不断加大资源重组整合和集约调控力度,最大限度发挥规模效益。
As the core of transforming the company’s development mode, “Three Big Five” has become the focus of management in this “two sessions”. Earlier start of human resources, finance, materials intensive management system and mechanism has been basically formed.
