近年来,各种人力资源开发与管理理论层出不穷,其共同点就是强调人力资源管理的重要性,进而引申到人力资源管理部门的重要性。然而,现实中却有人力资源管理部门在企业的组织变革中地位节节下落、人员大幅减少,公司业绩却保持上升的例子,四川J公司就是这种情况的典型。通过组织稳定度(OSD)分析检验,人力资源部门地位的下降并没有影响公司的业绩。以此为实证研究的对象可以折射出人力资源管理部门在现实企业生活中的地位。
