目的:探讨NEDD9、CD44V6基因在乳腺非特殊性浸润性癌(NST)组织内的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法分别检测50例乳腺NST组织、50例癌旁不典型增生组织及50例正常乳腺组织中NEDD9、CD44V6蛋白的表达,并分析其相关性及其临床病理特征。结果:NEDD9在NST及癌旁不典型增生组织中的表达率分别为76.00%及32.00%均高于正常乳腺组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD44V6在乳腺NST组织及癌旁不典型增生组织中的表达率分别为82.00%及41.00%均高于正常乳腺组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);NEDD9及CD44V6在乳腺癌组织中的表达成正相关(r=0.346,P=0.027),且NEDD9的表达与乳腺癌的组织分型、淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05)。结论:NEDD9及CD44V6与乳腺癌的浸润转移密切相关,可作为判断乳腺癌预后的有效指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of NEDD9 and CD44V6 in non-specific breast cancer (NST) tissues. Methods: The expressions of NEDD9 and CD44V6 protein in 50 cases of breast NST tissue, 50 cases of paraneoplastic atypical hyperplasia and 50 cases of normal breast tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlations and clinicopathological features were also analyzed. Results: The expression rates of NEDD9 in NST and adjacent non-cancerous adjacent tissues were 76.00% and 32.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissues (P <0.05). The expression of CD44V6 in NST tissues and adjacent tissues The expression rates of NEDD9 and CD44V6 in breast cancer were 82.00% and 41.00%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissues (r = 0.346 , P = 0.027). The expression of NEDD9 was correlated with the histological type and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer (P <0.05). Conclusion: NEDD9 and CD44V6 are closely related to infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer, which can be used as a good indicator to evaluate the prognosis of breast cancer.
