横切机是瓦楞纸板自动生产线上的一个重要机组。纸板长度的各种规格都是由横切机来完成的。而各种规格长度的横切是要由调速机构的调节完成的,正确的调节将使纸板长度达到要求。调节又是要由减速器来进行的,调节量的大小不但对纸板的各种长度规格至关重要,而且在横切机设计时对减速器的减速范围的选择也是十分重要的。如果减速范围选择不当,将使横切机不能完成生产线所规定的各种长度规格纸板的横切。现将横切机调速机构的计算公式推导过程分析如下。
