中央实施房地产调控措施已经两年,近来房地产市场形势变化明显。多数城市房价上涨势头被有效遏制,部分城市商品房价格稳中趋降,保障性住房建设力度不断加大。广大普通百姓为此拍手称快,对房价回归到合理水平寄予厚望。
