在唐代国家官僚体制下,出任西川节度使者多为朝廷俊逸,对唐代成都城市文化的形成与发展影响重大。在城市建设上,他们一方面在成都积极设立市场使之成为本地的商贸中心,另一方面又十分重视地理环境与城市发展的相互联系,为唐代成都城市的发展营造了丰富的水力资源。在宗教活动上,他们广泛参与儒释交游,礼遇名僧,并对道教和蜀中地方神祇崇拜也较为重视,特别是将西蜀地方神祇作为官方信仰范型,不仅凝聚了蜀中民心,还稳定了唐廷对于西蜀的统治。在文化生活上,他们与幕僚的群体性文娱活动成为了唐代成都社会上层精英文化的重要组成部分。在都市娱乐上,他们对唐代成都民众公共娱乐的倡导也反映了对公共事务管理的重视和“与民同乐”的统治理念。 Under the bureaucratic system of the Tang Dynasty, most of the ambassadors who served as Xijuan Jiedushi were the court and the court, which greatly influenced the formation and development of the Chengdu urban culture in the Tang Dynasty. In terms of urban construction, on the one hand, they actively set up a market in Chengdu to become a local business center. On the other hand, they attach great importance to the interconnection between geographical environment and urban development, creating abundant water resources for the development of Chengdu in the Tang Dynasty. In religious activities, they extensively participated in the cross-fertilization of Confucianism and Buddhism and monks of courtesy, and paid more attention to the worship of local gods in Taoism and Shu. Especially, taking the local gods in Xishu as the official belief model, they not only gathered the people in Shu but also stabilized Tang Ting’s rule over Xi Shu. In cultural life, the mass cultural and recreational activities they had with their aides became an important part of the top elite culture in Chengdu in the Tang Dynasty. In urban entertainment, their advocacy of public entertainment in Chengdu during the Tang Dynasty also reflected the importance attached to public affairs management and the concept of “playing with the people”.
