在使用臭氧的场所,需要严格控制臭氧的浓度,以确保人身安全和工艺要求。本文研究使用紫外线辐射吸收法来测定臭氧浓度的方法,并给出了用单片机系统实现检测与控制臭氧浓度的实施方案。并通过实践证明,该方案成本低、效果好。
In places where ozone is used, the concentration of ozone needs to be strictly controlled to ensure personal safety and process requirements. In this paper, the method of determining the concentration of ozone using ultraviolet radiation absorption method is studied, and the implementation scheme of detecting and controlling the concentration of ozone by single chip system is given. And through practice proved that the program has low cost and good effect.
