蜗壳是螺旋轴流式气液混输泵的重要部件。在低速和高速工况下 ,对石油大学 (北京 )设计的这种混输泵的蜗壳 ,分别进行了泵外特性和蜗壳压力测量 ,以及蜗壳内气液两相流动情况分析的实验研究。实验结果表明 ,蜗壳能适应低速工况下纯液和气液混输的需要 ,设计流量下的运行效率较高 ;在高速工况下 ,蜗壳产生较大的水力损失 ,表明蜗壳尺寸偏小 ,不能适应高速运行工况 ,应设计较大尺寸的蜗壳。混输泵蜗壳和普通泵蜗壳在作用和设计上存在较大差别
The volute is an important part of the spiral axial-flow gas-liquid mixing pump.
