建立了HPLC法测定恩曲他滨对映体。采用CHIROBIOTIC T手性柱,以甲醇-5 mmol/L枸橼酸钠缓冲液(pH 4.6)(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长280 nm。恩曲他滨与其对映体在0.01～0.5 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,检测限为1和0.5 ng。
The enantiomer of emtricitabine was established by HPLC. The CHIROBIOTIC T chiral column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-5 mmol / L sodium citrate buffer (pH 4.6) (20:80). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. There was a good linear relationship between emtricitabine and its enantiomer in the range of 0.01-0.5 mg / ml with detection limits of 1 and 0.5 ng.
