黑木耳的食用及药用价值都很高,但过去生产一直以椴本为原料培养,这不仅产量低且周期长,又消耗大量木材。近两年来,我校生物兴趣小组以稻草为原料,瓶栽黑木耳,并获成功。原料为稻草66%(铡成寸长)、米糠32%、水200%、过磷酸钙1%、石膏粉1%。将碎稻草装袋称重浸水3—4小时,捞出,按比例加入米糠、石膏粉等充分混匀,手握此料见指缝有水不下滴即可。装
