高素质的人才是一个企业持续发展,拥有市场竞争力的重要保障。企业注重对人才的培养必然会造成公司人力资源成本的提高;如何做到有效的控制人力资源成本,是人力资源管理的核心内容。伴随着我国高速公路事业的蓬勃发展,高速公路企业在人力资源管理上取得显著成绩的同时也出现了一些问题。本文将从人力资源成本的含义出发,分析高速公路公司在人力资源成本控制中存在的问题,并提出控制高速公路公司有效控制人力资源成本的意见及方法。
High-quality personnel is a sustained development of enterprises, with an important guarantee of market competitiveness. Enterprises focus on the cultivation of qualified personnel will inevitably lead to the company’s human resources costs increase; how to effectively control the cost of human resources, human resources management is the core content. With the vigorous development of the expressway in our country, the expressway enterprises have made remarkable achievements in human resources management, meanwhile, some problems have appeared. Based on the meaning of human resource cost, this paper analyzes the existing problems of expressway company in the control of human resource cost and puts forward the opinions and methods to control the expressway company’s effective control of human resource cost.
