[目的]调查吸烟、饮酒、饮茶对食管癌的影响,为食管癌的预防提供依据。[方法]采用1∶2配对研究方法,对227例食管癌患者及与之在年龄、性别和居住地相匹配的非癌人群采用统一的调查表进行问卷调查,并进行统计分析。[结果]调查对象饮用井水(OR=2.335)、茯茶(OR=3.327)、白酒(OR=4.501)、啤酒(OR=3.253)、葡萄酒(OR=6.278),有吸烟行为(OR=2.079)、吸烟年数超过20年(OR=4.405)、吸烟种类为莫合烟(OR=2.993)是食管癌的危险因素。[结论]积极改善饮水,注意在生活习惯及方式上,做到食管癌有效的一级预防。
[Objective] To investigate the influence of smoking, drinking, drinking tea on esophageal cancer and provide basis for the prevention of esophageal cancer. [Method] A one-to-two matching study was used to survey 227 patients with esophageal cancer and the non-cancerous patients matched with their age, sex and place of residence by questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. [Results] The drinking water (OR = 2.335), fuzhu (OR = 3.327), liquor (OR = 4.501), beer (OR = 3.253), wine (OR = 6.278) , Smoking for more than 20 years (OR = 4.405) and smoking type (Mo = 0.993) were risk factors for esophageal cancer. [Conclusion] Actively improve drinking water, pay attention to the habits and ways to achieve an effective primary prevention of esophageal cancer.
