小班幼儿正处在开始认识周围生活和学习与同伴交往时期,认知水平较低,因此,我从3个方面来培养小班幼儿合作交往的良好行为。 1.感受合作交往的良好行为 我选择符合小班幼儿心理特点的、有感染力的、内容生动的童话故事,配以形象的图片或木偶,让幼儿感受到同伴间友好合作的愉快。 2.练习合作交往的良好行为 根据幼儿好动好模仿的特点,在幼儿熟悉故事的同时,让幼儿参与表演。比如让他们带着头饰表演故事中同伴间友好交往的良好行为,通过语言和动作等
