文中提出通过控制生产的正常状态,从而得出具有统计性规律的套圈沟径分布,再计算所需钢球的尺寸和数量,可以提高球轴承套圈一次性配套率。文中首先验证了沟径值是属于正态分布,并计算出沟径超出公差界限的概率值,以便掌握配套率范围。为了保证整批产品的正态分布不发生变化,必须控制生产使其处于稳定状态,对此选定了控制生产过程的抽样检查方案。
It is proposed that by controlling the normal state of production, the statistical distribution of the groove diameter of the ferrule can be obtained. Then the size and number of the required steel ball can be calculated, which can improve the rate of one-time matching of the ball bearing ferrule. The paper first verifies that the channel values belong to the normal distribution, and calculates the probability values that the channel diameter is beyond the tolerance limits so as to grasp the range of the matching rates. In order to ensure the normal distribution of the entire batch of products does not change, we must control the production so that it is in a stable state, which selected the sampling inspection program to control the production process.
