采用静态挂片和动电位扫描法,研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在碱(NaOH)/表面活性剂/水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)三元复合驱介质中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:不锈钢除在NaOH溶液中未见点蚀外,在其他几种介质中均有点蚀;在HPAM溶液中1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢的点蚀敏感性最大,在含NaOH的介质中点蚀敏感性降低。
The corrosion behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in alkaline (NaOH) / surfactant / hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) ternary composite flooding media was investigated by static coupons and potentiodynamic scanning. The results show that stainless steel has pitting corrosion in several other mediums except no pitting corrosion in NaOH solution. The corrosion resistance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in HPAM solution is the highest, and its pitting sensitivity decreases in NaOH-containing medium.
