采用急性经口毒性试验和遗传毒性试验对海参口服液进行食品安全性毒理学评价,结果表明海参口服液对两种性别小鼠的急性毒性LD_(50)均大于20g/k·bw,属无毒物质;Ames试验、小鼠微核试验和精子畸形试验均表明海参口服液没有遗传毒性。因此认为海参口服液为无毒、无遗传毒性的保健食品。
Acute oral toxicity test and genotoxicity test were used to evaluate the safety of food in sea cucumber oral liquid.
