计算机辅助设计(CAD)及优化设计在国内机械产品设计中的应用近年来日益广泛。机械结构的单件CAD技术不断完善。就机床而言,主要零件的静、动、热特性的有限元法计算问题已基本解决。然而,组合件及整机的有限元法分析目前还不能令人满意。原因之一在于,机床及其它各类机械系由许多零部件组装而成,其间有许多结合面,它们的性质,对于整体的静、动、热特性影响非常大。对结合面的性质虽已有不少学者作了各种研究工作(包括实验研究和有限元分析),但仍有许多问题尚待解决。因而影响了CAD技术在组合件及整机性能分析中的应用。
The application of computer aided design (CAD) and optimization design in the domestic mechanical product design has become increasingly widespread in recent years. The mechanical structure of the single CAD technology continues to improve. In the case of machine tools, the calculation of the finite element method of the static, dynamic and thermal characteristics of the main parts has been basically solved. However, the finite element analysis of the assembly and the complete machine is not satisfactory at present. One of the reasons is that machine tools and other types of machinery are assembled from many parts with many joining surfaces in between. Their properties have a significant impact on the overall static, dynamic and thermal characteristics. Although many scholars have made various researches (including experimental research and finite element analysis) on the nature of the interface, many problems remain to be solved. Thus affecting the CAD technology in the assembly and machine performance analysis.
