Anhui Conch Group is the largest cement producer in China. The Group decided to build the acquired Conch Cement Co., Ltd. based on the overall development strategy and the resources of all parties. The total planned annual production of 3.1 million tons of commercial clinker was implemented in two phases. The site is located on the hillside near Sheteng Village, about 2km southeast of the town of Fenggang in Wuchang City, and is 2.6km west to the Yangtze River. It is about 1 km away from the Xiaolingshan limestone mine.
