〔目的〕强化检验检疫机构对出口保健茶的监管力度,提高产品质量。〔方法〕运用HACCP的原则,确定生产过程中关键控制点及相应监测标准。〔结果〕经过1年多来现场预防性卫生监督和实践,证明在保健茶出口企业中实施能有效降低食品的危害因素,对提高生产流程各个环节的卫生状况及产品的卫生质量具有明显的作用。〔结论〕将HACCP体系应用到出口食品的检验检疫监督中,使检验检疫工作由以往单纯的成品检验转化为生产全过程监督,真正做到了“管理科学,监管有效,效率提高”。
[Objective] To strengthen the inspection and quarantine authorities to supervise the export of health tea, improve product quality. [Method] Apply the principle of HACCP to determine the key control points in the production process and the corresponding monitoring standards. [Results] After more than one year of on-the-spot preventive health supervision and practice, it was proved that the implementation of effective measures to reduce the harmfulness of food in export enterprises of health tea had a significant effect on improving the sanitary conditions and the hygienic quality of products in all aspects of the production process . [Conclusion] The HACCP system was applied to the inspection and quarantine supervision of export food, so that the inspection and quarantine work was transformed from the simple finished product inspection to the supervision of the whole production process, and truly achieved “scientific management, effective supervision and efficiency improvement”.
