新的课堂模式改革对教师提出了更高的要求。教师现在不只是单纯地教书、传授知识那么简单了,而是如何让学生会学,如何让学生主动去寻找知识、获取知识,如何让学生在快乐中学习……这些已经成了迫在眉睫要解决的问题。面对这样严峻的现实,培养好“小老师”“小助手”至关重要。我所面对的二年级小学生能力有限,仍需要教师的提携。我主要培养入门级的“小老师”“小助手”。一、坚持理论学习,确立目标
