众所周知,授人以鱼,不如授人以渔,与其让学生消极被动地接受知识的灌输,倒不如教授给学生去自主探索学习的途径。学生通过发挥主观能动性,积极地参与到学习活动之中,会使学习效率倍增。然而,处于小学阶段的学生年纪尚小,心智不成熟,倘若将全部的学习任务让学生仅凭一臂之力去完成,对于学生来说难免会有些吃力。每个人都有考虑不周全的时候,然而如果集思广益,问题的解决就会事半功倍。所以,我们提倡在小学数学教学中采取小组合作学习的形式来让学生去自主探究、合作交流,提高学生自主学习的能力以及和交流合作的能力,实现学生的全方位发展。以下是笔者结合自身多年的教学经验,对小学数学教学中小组合作的学习方式进行探究和分析,希望给予广大教师一定的借鉴。
It is well-known that giving a person a fish is not as good as giving a gift to a fisherman. Rather than letting a student pass the passive and passive instilling of knowledge, the professor should teach the student how to explore and study independently. Students actively participate in learning activities through their subjective initiative and double their learning efficiency. However, students in the primary school are young and immature, and it will inevitably be hard for students to complete all their learning tasks with only one hand. Everyone has time to consider the problem, but if you brainstorm your brain, the problem will be solved more efficiently. Therefore, we advocate the use of group cooperative learning in elementary mathematics teaching to enable students to conduct their own research, cooperation and exchange, improve their ability to learn independently and their ability to communicate and cooperate so as to realize the all-round development of students. The following is the author with his years of teaching experience, primary school mathematics teaching team to explore ways of learning and analysis, I hope to give the majority of teachers a certain reference.
