近年的政府工作报告中正逐渐重视医院离退休的管理,因为它涉及到医院和社会的各个方面,对社会的稳定与发展有很大的影响。医院的离退休管理工作是一个系统而全面的工程,它不仅需要管理工作人员的主观能动性,还需要政府的政策扶持和资金支持。随着时代的发展,由于社会老龄化速度提高,离退休人员管理工作逐渐得到了党和政府的重视,并在管理工作上提出了一些具体的管理要求。而基层党支部在医院离退休人员管理工作中发挥了重要作用。本文对医疗领域离退休人员现状进行剖析,浅谈基层党支部的作用。

It not only needs to manage the subjective initiative of the staff, but also requires the government’s policy support and financial support. With the development of the times, as the social aging rate increases, the management of retired personnel has gradually gained the attention of the party and the government and put forward some specific management requirements in the management. Grassroots Party branches have played an important role in the management of retirees in hospitals. This article analyzes the status quo of retired staff in the medical field and discusses the role of grassroots party branches.
