目的　研究广州本地及外来人口精神司法鉴定案例特点。方法　收集自 1987年以来在本院作精神司法鉴定的本地常住人口 72 9例及外地非常住户口人员 3 0 6例的资料。结果　外来人员鉴定的有责任能力者比例较高 ,心因性精神障碍较多 ,本地组危害行为后果更严重。结论　两组鉴定案例的差异 ,尤其是诊断分类上的差异 ,值得今后进一步研究。 Objective To study the characteristics of judicial identification of local and foreign population in Guangzhou. Methods A total of 729 local resident population and 306 non-resident non-resident population were collected from psycho-judicial appraisals in our hospital since 1987. Results The proportion of responsible persons who were appraised by foreigners was higher, the number of mental and psychiatric disorders was higher, and the consequences of endangering behavior of local people were more serious. Conclusion The differences between the two groups of identified cases, especially the differences in diagnostic classification, are worth further study in the future.
