首批流程X射线萤光分析仪是集中装置,它能够测定泵到分析仪的若干矿浆流。直到最近,放射性同位素激发能量色散分析一直是唯一适合分布过程分析装置的重要方法。在不需要极高的分辩率时,推荐使用正比计数器探头,因为这种探头容易操作。本文介绍两种新型探头。第一种探头是基于放射性同位素源和固态探测器,而第二种探头则基于X射线管和晶体分光计。两种探头均装有微型处理机,但它们也能当作独立单元使用。
The first process X-ray fluorescence analyzer was a centralized unit that was able to measure several flows of the slurry from the pump to the analyzer. Until recently, radioisotope-induced energy dispersive analysis has been the only method that is suitable for distributed process analysis devices. It is recommended to use a proportional counter probe when extremely high resolution is not required because it is easy to operate. This article describes two new probes. The first probe is based on a radioisotope source and a solid state detector, while the second probe is based on an X-ray tube and a crystal-based spectrometer. Both probes are equipped with microprocessors, but they can also be used as stand-alone units.
